AI engineering studio · Prague
I build production LLM systems — agents, voice, memory, and the tooling that holds them together. Solo studio, so you talk to the engineer, not an account manager.

Selected work
Production AI companion with persistent memory, voice synthesis, and layered narrative state. I built it top to bottom: backend, infra, character system, CI/CD on a low-RAM VPS.
A single-page tool that turns daily film call sheets into per-vehicle dispatch PDFs — LLM parsing, nearest-neighbour routing, backward pickup-time calculation. Used on set.
An interactive prequel that introduces Lori before she becomes a daily AI companion. Narrative entry point to the lori.pet universe — story, voice, and design as the first surface of an AI product.
How it works
20-minute call. You describe the problem. I tell you straight if I can solve it, or if you need someone else.
Within 48 hours: scope, fixed price, timeline. Plain language, no jargon, no surprise items later.
1–3 weeks for most scopes. Weekly demo on your data, so you see progress before the bill arrives.
Deploy to your infrastructure (or mine, if you don't have one). 14 days of bug-fix support included.
You decide if a next scope makes sense. No retainer pressure, no monthly subscriptions.

ProBudin is run by Lubomír Budin — an engineer based in Prague. I came to AI through film and live media (three years on set as DIT, real-time multiplayer experiments, character-driven AI companions). That means I think about how systems feel as much as how they perform.
I take LLM projects from rough idea to running production, including the unglamorous parts: migrations, deploys, on-call when something breaks at 2 AM. Best fit: small teams shipping AI features who don't want a six-month agency engagement.
